Tanya teaches out of Avondale Farms, 24176 32 Ave in Langley. This is a brand new hunter/jumper facility that was completed at the end of 2007. It boasts an 80 x 200 bright indoor with a fully irrigated 100 x 220 outdoor riding arena, full set of brand new jumps. The indoor ring has superb footing with a specialised sand base and nike footing. 12 x 12 stalls all on comfort stall with large bucket automatic waters and 16 foot wide isle. All large turnout paddocks are on crusher dust and can be used year round with no mud.

There is hot water wash rack, grooming stalls, tack room and washroom with a shower.
